Purpose of This Website
This website is intended for general informational and educational purposes only. The content here is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice. Viewing this website, using the contact form, or sending an email does not establish a therapist–client relationship with Grove Therapy Collective or with any therapist affiliated with the collective.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988. Additional options are listed on our Resources & FAQS page.
Privacy & Use of Information
Your privacy matters. This website does not collect personal health information (PHI). Any information you choose to provide through a contact form or email is used only for communication purposes and is not shared with third parties.
This site may use standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand website traffic and improve user experience. These tools may collect non-identifying information such as page views, browser type, or general location data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Please note that email is not a secure form of communication, and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed when contacting us through email or website forms.
Therapy Services & Out-of-Network Information
Therapists at Grove Therapy Collective are considered out-of-network providers. Fees, reimbursement eligibility, and practice policies vary by therapist. You are responsible for payment at the time of service, and your therapist can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined solely by your insurance company.
Each therapist maintains their own clinical practice, therapeutic approach, and policies. Information on this website is general in nature and may not reflect the specific policies of each practitioner.
Telehealth Services
Telehealth sessions may be available to clients located within the state(s) where their therapist is licensed. These sessions are conducted through HIPAA-compliant platforms. Telehealth has limitations, including potential technology issues and situations where remote care may not be appropriate. Your therapist will discuss these considerations directly with you.
Social Media & Digital Communication
To protect your privacy and maintain clear professional boundaries:
Therapists do not communicate about clinical matters via social media, text message, or direct messaging platforms.
Online interactions (likes, follows, comments) are discouraged, as they may compromise confidentiality.
Email should be used only for administrative or scheduling purposes. It is not a secure form of communication and should not be used for emergencies or therapeutic conversations.

Grove Therapy Collective is committed to making this website accessible and usable for all visitors. If you encounter accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us so we can continue working toward a more inclusive digital experience.

Additional Policies for the Collective
Independent Practitioner Status
Therapists who rent offices at Grove Therapy Collective operate entirely as independent businesses. They are not employees or agents of Grove Therapy Collective. As independent contractors, they are solely responsible for:
their own clinical services
maintaining licensure and scope of practice
fee structures, scheduling, and cancellations
legal and ethical obligations
liability insurance
client communications and documentation
Grove Therapy Collective does not supervise, oversee, or assume responsibility for the clinical work of renters.
No Shared Records or PHI
Grove Therapy Collective does not maintain, access, store, or manage clinical records for therapists renting space.
Each therapist is responsible for their own secure storage of PHI and their own HIPAA compliance systems.
The collective functions as a shared workspace, not a group practice or shared medical record entity.
Shared Workspace & Common Areas
Renters have shared access to common spaces such as:
waiting room
kitchenette
restrooms (including gender-inclusive restrooms)
group room (with separate scheduling and rates)
These spaces are used respectfully by all tenants. Clients of all therapists may use these shared areas.
Noise levels or building activity may vary at times depending on other tenants in the building or on the floor. While Grove aims to maintain a calm, professional environment, complete sound isolation cannot be guaranteed.
No Guarantee of Referrals or Clinical Volume
Renting an office at Grove Therapy Collective does not guarantee:
client referrals
clinical inquiries
marketing services
caseload development
supervision or consultation
Each therapist is responsible for building and maintaining their own practice.
Supervision & Consultation
Some therapists within the building may offer supervision or consultation, but these services:
are separate from space rental
are not guaranteed
involve separate agreements, policies, and fees
do not establish any employment or group-practice relationship
No Shared Crisis Coverage
Grove Therapy Collective does not provide collective-wide crisis coverage or emergency response.
Each therapist is responsible for their own safety planning, crisis procedures, and after-hours policies.
