Working Together
Services & Modalities
Art Therapy
Art therapy offers a way to explore and express emotions that can be difficult to put into words. The creative process becomes a gentle bridge between inner experience and outer expression, supporting insight, regulation, and grounding.
You don’t need any artistic skill. Just a willingness to experiment and see what unfolds along the way.
Talk Therapy
Sometimes, what’s most healing is being seen and heard. Talk therapy provides space to explore your story, emotions, and relationships in a collaborative and nonjudgmental environment. Together, we slow down to make sense of what you’re feeling, uncover patterns, and strengthen your connection to yourself and others.
Body-Based Awareness
Our bodies hold stories and wisdom that words often can’t reach. In therapy, we might gently bring awareness to breath, posture, or sensation, helping you reconnect with your body as a source of information, safety, and grounding. These practices are always approached with sensitivity and choice, supporting regulation, presence, and a deeper sense of self-understanding.
Groups & Community Offerings
Grove Therapy Collective offers groups and creative workshops designed to foster reflection, support, and a sense of belonging. These gatherings provide space to slow down, share experiences, and explore creative or therapeutic practices in community.
Upcoming offerings and schedules will be announced soon.
Who We Work With
We work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating life transitions, identity, and relationship challenges. Therapy at Grove meets you where you are, helping you reconnect with your strengths and sense of self in ways that feel grounded and sustainable.
Grove Therapy Collective welcomes and affirms individuals across the gender spectrum and from all backgrounds, cultures, and belief systems. We recognize that identity, community, and lived experience shape the way we move through the world, and we approach therapy with curiosity, humility, and respect for each person’s story.
Our hope is to offer a space where every person feels seen, valued, and supported.
Children
Children often communicate through play, art, and movement long before words can fully capture their feelings. Therapy provides a nurturing place to explore emotions, strengthen coping skills, and build self-awareness in ways that feel natural and empowering.
Adolescents
The teen years bring growth, discovery, and change. For adolescents, therapy can be a place to explore identity, manage anxiety or stress, and develop tools for self-expression and emotional regulation. Sessions offer space for reflection and support during a time of increasing independence and transformation.
Adults
For adults, therapy can provide clarity and grounding amid the demands of daily life. Whether you’re navigating loss, transitions, relationships, or questions of purpose and identity, therapy offers a place to pause, gain perspective, and reconnect with your sense of balance and direction.
